P.S. - My photo to the right updates everytime you refresh the page. While some of these photos may not be the most flattering of me, they are all many faces of me. Sometimes I'm serious, but for the most part, I'm a goofball! So feel free to laugh at my expense!! :-)

A Mini Celebration and a Sister Session

I cannot believe it. WE HAVE THE INTERNET!!! woo hoo! And here I was just days ago talking about how I was amazed that parts of the country (so close to the city) still didn't have high speed access. My hats are off to BellSouth/AT&T! They got us connected a full month before they said they would. No more stalking late night diners and eclectic coffee shops (ok, in reality, this probably won't really change), I can now sit in my pajamas, drink coffee, and edit photos. :) Life is good!

In honor of this celebration, I stopped by my local IKEA and picked up a new computer desk. Its so nice to have a larger workspace. You don't realize how much all the clutter stresses you out until its gone. Plus, since the new desk was only $40, I had extra money on the $50 gift card I got for Christmas. Did I mention life was good?

On to the really good stuff... Here is a sneak peek to a recent family photo session. Tanna and Lori are sisters from Trinidad. They got together to have their portraits done for their parents for a late Christmas gift. We drove around Fort Lauderdale for awhile trying to find an ideal spot. We didn't have to go very far. While driving through a neighborhood, we passed a small inlet. The sun was setting offering beautiful light. It was a little windy, but it just added to the beauty and feel of the photos.

Do you know Tanna and Lori? Leave a comment on this blog post to help them win a prize!

P.S. - I am super excited to launch the new site. Expect to see it this week!!
